TERMS + CONDITIONS

Discrepancies, (shortages, overages, incorrect items etc.), with shipments must be reported to ATS™ no later than 10 days from date of shipment. ATS™ will not be held responsible for discrepancies after this period. Returns will be assessed a 20% restocking fee. Items must be unused and unopened. ATS™ will not accept sterile items for return or exchange.

Payments in excess of 30 days are subject to interest charges of .05% per day (1.5% PER Month).

In event this account is placed in collection or other legal action, the customer shall be responsible for all ATS™ costs and expenses including but not limited to ATS™’s reasonable attorney fees.
